Homeland at Home is a community outreach of Homeland Center, which is one of the oldest nursing homes in area and is located in the city of Harrisburg. Homeland at Home has three distinct lines of business: Homeland Hospice, Homeland Home Care and Homeland Health Care. All three lines of business serve patients and clients through south central Pennsylvania area.
