Event Description: Join Ms. Barksdale, President of "Friends Of Midland", for her talk that will cover the life a a woman buried at Midland Cemetery, Steelton, Pennsylvania - her birth into slavery and road to freedom. "The Midland Cemetery is the final resting place for slaves, former slaves, men of the United State Colored Troops, Buffalo soldiers and numerous leaders of the area's African American Community" This event will take place at the Museum Passenger Station. It is open to the public. Refreshments are provided. Museum Members, Children under 13, free: Non-members, $4.00
