Event Description: Executive Coaches Connie Ostwald, PhD (Messiah College, Business & Management Faculty) and Gary Ostwald, PhD (Eastern University, Organizational Leadership Faculty) will empower anyone who wants to tackle an important self-improvement goal, or bring an innovative approach to change to their organizations. Workshop is based on research and innovation at Harvard University by Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. LIsa Lahey, authors of IMMUNITY TO CHANGE: HOW TO OVERCOME IT AND UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL IN YOURSELF AND YOUR ORGANIZATION. Each participant will receive a comprehensive workbook that will provide an action plan for coaching.
