Event Description:
•This interactive workshop will help you learn the differences among the various legal structures of small businesses and help you decide which structure is best for your business. •This class addresses the potential liabilities and tax considerations when choosing a legal structure for your business. •Highlights will be Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships. Presented by Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner, a law firm in Lemoyne and an accountant. Cost is $10 per business (maximum of 2 people per business). Payment to be made at the event. Acceptable payments: A check made payable to Shippensburg University SBDC or cash (exact amount). Registration is required. Space is limited.
