Event Description: Hands on, practical seminar for those with little to no experience in implementing Trap Neuter Return (TNR), a humane and comprehensive strategy for managing and reducing populations of free-roaming domestic felines. All attendees receive a binder of resources and other information and are eligible for a 20-percent discount off the $25 per-cat fee for up to five cats at the foundation's spay/neuter surgery clinic.

In the Slate Hill Business Center at the corner of Slate Hill Road and Hartzdale Drive, Lower Allen Township, near the Capital City Mall and BJs.
