New Products – New Trends – New Information on Welding From America's Leading Supplier of Welding Equipment for Manufacturing Featured Products and Demos Include: Live Arc Welding/Training System The live-arc welder training system can be used as either a welding simulator, or provide feedback while actual GMAW welding is taking place. This system records in real time CTWD (Contact Tip to Work Distance), Work angle, Travel angle, Travel speed and Aim. Has included assignments, or can easily be customized to the customer’s needs. Flexible for recruiting, screening, training and performance management. Insight Core Insight Core is Miller’s answer for welding data acquisition. This system allows the customer to monitor in real time welding data such as volts, amps, arc on time and metal deposition. This system is cloud based and can be securely viewed by the owner on any device with a web browser. Continuum 350/500 The Continuum welding system is a GMAW power source and feeder that offer Miller’s most advanced processes including: RMD, Versa pulse, Accu Pulse, Accu Speed and Accu Curve wave shapes. Safety Miller has a full line of safety products designed for and around the welding environment. Everything from gloves,safety glasses, helmets, respirators, PAPR (pressurized air personal respirators) and weld fume collection systems. Miller's factory safety specialist will be on hand to answer any questions.
