Event Description: Join Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz and Messiah College on October 18th as we present the first of three seminars for Family-Owned and Closely Held Businesses. Dr. Ron Reece will be joining us to discuss Succession Planning - Succession As Vision: • How to Prepare Both Emotionally and Organizationally • Steps of the Succession Process • Developing an Infrastructure to Support the Process • Common Issues in the Process • And More Dr. Ron Reece has been consulting with family-owned and closely held businesses for over 25 years. He often speaks and consults on topics such as succession planning, complex family business relationships, and more. He has been quoted in magazines such as "Entrepreneur" and "Lawyers Weekly" and has been featured on NPR and Alexander Haig's World Business Review.
