Event Description: World Affairs Council Harrisburg (WACH) announces its upcoming 2017 International Poetry and Storytelling Competition! This takes place on Monday, Jan. 16. 2017 at Temple University Harrisburg, starting at 6 p.m. and is open to all high school students. Writing within the theme of peacekeeping at home and abroad, please send your entry to wachreply@gmail.com. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Finalists read their entries at the dinner event and have them published in WACH's Journal of International Thought.
