I am so grateful to Justin Conner for his support, leadership, and vision to host this fun business breakfast. We had a great turnout, engagement, and awesome food! #wheelofsustainability #leadershipcommitment #productivity
Yesterday's breakfast started off with me singing the national anthem (just kidding, I cannot sing but it looks like I am finishing the last word in "and home of the brave". Doesn't it?). In all seriousness, I appreciate the 15+ local business owners and professionals who joined Adam and I for a breakfast that included networking, skill-sharpening, an eye-opening exercise, and takeaways we can all use in our personal and business lives. Thank you Adam Lawrence for spending your time with us! The next breakfast will be on April 10th and will announce the topic and speaker next week. Have a great weekend, LinkedIn network!

I wrote my book, "The Wheel of Sustainability" as a labor of love during the pandemic. When Patrick Adams, who I respect greatly, finds enough value in it to read it a second time, I know the effort was worth it! #grateful #wheelofsustainability #leadership

One of the key elements to a successful, sustainable Kaizen event is to have strong ownership for the changes made. The way I ensure this happens is through chartering. Check out the clip that explains how we identify the team leader. Thanks to V-Veer LLC and Waleed Mazen for giving me the opportunity to share my approach. #wheelofsustainability #leadershipcommitment #kaizen
