Stopped in for the Philly Philly special ... cheese steak and slaw at the bar with a pint, for $10. Speedy service and Morgan is a great bar tender!

The deck is a great place to hangout with some regulars and enjoy an afternoon.

First time here as I had an entertainment coupon.
I ask what was needed to get in order to use it.
They didn't check till the end then didn't take it.
Then lost out even on the coupon.
Said we didn't get 2 dinners. Even wife's fish and chips was considered a sandwich.
Food was really good and got plenty of.
We sat inside the door in the main room and it was extremely cold. No lights out back for a bar. Safety concerns here.
All in all not a bad place a couple of flaws.

We came to Flinchy's on Saturday night to grab a drink. Although decently priced, we paid for the drinks with a card and left a cash tip (way above 20%, let me add), clearly stating on the signed receipt it was a cash tip, before leaving. Then we receive this alert that the bartender attempted to add an over 300% tip to our bill.
We will not be back and we are warning all of our friends. Please be aware and check your statements!!!

When we arrived, we were told to sit at any table. So we sat down and after a few minutes we were told we would have to move because they had a reservation that required the table. They moved us to another table. My wife had the crab cake sandwich and I had the Chesapeake Burger. Both were good. While we were eating, we noticed several diners carrying their food to another table. While eating, the wait staff must have asked them to move as well. I have never seen guests moved to another table while they were in mid meal.

This was our first time at Flinchys. Will we go back, yes and only to get the crab cakes to go.

Food was mediocre and tryed to charge for extra didn't know their own menu and was rude Izzy G had an attitude and threw the check on our table.

Ordered a fish sandwich that was under the sandwich category and apparently it wasn't a sandwich so we asked our waitress to make it a sand which and charged 3 dollars for the bun??
Even though the item was under sandwiches on the menu.

Atmosphere was overall nice but the upcharhes were not it.
My meal also came with a side salad and she said would you like house or Cesar and I said Cesar yet that was another 3 dollar upcharge

At first I Flinched, when I found no one seated
But my concerns were abated once I was greeted

The new expansion was no different than the previous. Too small and too few seats. Such a disappointment as we thought they would fix their capacity problems with the new renovations

I'm such a sucker for any place that has a Pittsburgh Steak Salad and Flinchy's did not disappoint in the slightest. Super kind off the bat and accommodating of 6 folks. The service was excellent and I was very happy with the seasonal drink menu. I ordered a pumpkin spice martini and it was truly delicious. Not overly sweet and had a perfect spice level with cinnamon and nutmeg. My steak salad was immaculate. The steak was perfectly medium rare, they did not skimp on the cheese or friends and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. I also was able to try some of the onion rings and really loved them as well. Definitely had a chic vibe, and overall were just treated so well even though my group came in towards closing and were just about the last folks in the joint. Definitely recommend and keeping this on my list of places when I'm out this way again.

Recently came here. Was totally surprised on how good the food was. The wings were the best I've had in a long time, my salad was good, and my steak was cooked to perfection. The other members of my party also enjoyed their entrees. There was a DJ playing music which was nice; and our server Grace was truly a gem. I will definitely make this a place I will come back too.

It was a decent lunch. Our server was AJ, he was polite, welcoming and accommodating. The food was decent, not the best I've had, but not the worst. The seafood soup was very good. It reminded me of a Cream of Crab. French Onion soup was good, but the base was mild in flavor for this soup and seemed thinned out from other times I've had it (which was 2 years ago). We ordered a couple other things, but nothing was off the charts amazing. A return visit?...I could go either way.
