Around 1920, the Borough of Shenandoah was one of the most densely populated towns in the U.S. with about 30,000 residents in its 1.5 square miles. Since then, the coal mines and garment companies have closed and the population has dropped to about 4,250. At the heart of Shenandoah's modern revitalization will be the Center for Education, Business, and Arts that is spearheaded by DOWNTOWN SHENANDOAH INC. For the last two years, Landworks Civil Design, LLC has been part of the design team with Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects to design and permit the CEBA. We now welcome the Wagman Construction team to help turn the design into a reality. https://lnkd.in/eRji_cxw

Congratulations to all the students who participated in this year's YORK COUNTY SCIENCE & ENGINEERING FAIR. The 41st annual event had more than 50 students competing in both the junior and senior divisions. As engineers, it's important to support the students who will become our future colleagues and collaborators and Landworks Civil Design, LLC is proud to have been a prime sponsor.

The Landworks Civil Design, LLC team has been hard at work on this project which is now close to construction. Please consider donating to VFW Post 7012 to help them raise the final funds that they need to make this project a reality. And thanks to New Freedom Borough for allowing the new facility to be built at Wethersfield Park. Can't wait to see it to alive!
A huge thank you to VFW Post 7012 for extending an invitation to attend their Open House last evening. It was an honor to be a part of the event and witness firsthand the dedication and hard work the Post has been putting into raising funds for a new facility in New Freedom Borough. During the Open House, VFW members passionately shared their mission, highlighted their community and veteran outreach initiatives, and engaged with potential contributors to their fundraising efforts. It was inspiring to see their commitment to serving both their fellow veterans and the community at large. Here's to the continued success of your fundraising endeavors and the invaluable impact you make in our community. #VeteransSupport #CommunityEngagement

Yesterday marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for the 250 acre Manchester Commerce Center being developed by NorthPoint Development. In a few years, the Center will have three buildings totaling more than 2.6 million square feet of logistics space and will be the new home of Northern York County Regional Police Department. Landworks Civil Design, LLC has provided all of the site/civil design and entitlements as part of the NorthPoint design team. Thanks to Chief David Lash, Manchester Township, East Manchester Township, and Stacey MacNeal for working with us over the last two years to make this happen!
