PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. is a large, privately-owned Physical Therapy provider, new to the Central PA region. The Etters office opened in December 2018 and the Carlisle office opened in October 2019. PHOENIX provides one on one outpatient physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic impairments.
