Homeland at Home is a community outreach of Homeland Center, which is one of the oldest nursing homes in area and is located in the city of Harrisburg. Homeland at Home has four distinct lines of business: Homeland Hospice, Homeland Palliative Care, Homeland Home Care and Homeland Health Care. All four lines of business serve patients and clients through south central Pennsylvania area.
