United Way of the Capital Region empowers independence for families and individuals in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties through initiatives in access to healthcare, basic needs, school readiness and workforce development. These initiatives are designed to address the root causes of the problems facing at-risk communities in the capital region through partnerships with local schools, companies, and non-profits. We’re proud to say that more than 5,200 volunteers help lead every aspect of our work.
