Voce is a non-profit organization headquartered in South Central PA. Voce's vision is to have a society where every person belongs and is empowered to thrive and our mission is that with passion, empathy and integrity, we provide multidisciplinary human services expertise to cultivate positive, lasting change in people's lives.

Voce provides consultation and training to agencies throughout the state in the areas of trauma and loss, adoption and permanency, diversity and inclusion, and individual and family well-being. Additionally, with our partner Diakon, we co-administer the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) program for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
