Event Description: The Education Committee promotes the business viewpoint within area school districts, supports free enterprise concepts and addresses issues related to workforce development. The committee oversees a job shadowing program which pairs Chamber members with high school students interested in various career fields and supports the Regional Employability Certificate for high school students seeking employment. This committee also serves as the Junior Leadership Committee, which oversees the Junior Leadership Central PA Program of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Terri Kaufman from the South Central Workforce Investment Board will be a guest speaker at this meeting.


Directions:
The Chamber is located near the intersection of Trindle and St. Johns Church Roads.
