WEST SHORE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
BY-LAWS AMENDMENTS APPROVAL PROCESS
The West Shore Chamber of Commerce is seeking a quorum of no fewer than sixty distinct Chamber member businesses to participate in a brief conference call. The purpose of this call is to approve amendments to the Chamber’s By-Laws. The West Shore Chamber of Commerce By-Laws Committee emailed proposed changes to the membership on January 13.

West Shore Chamber of Commerce Chair Bill DeVore will call the meeting to order.

Roll call will be taken to verify a quorum is on the call.

Chair DeVore will:
a) request a motion to approve the amendments to the West Shore Chamber of Commerce as presented.
b) request a second to the motion
c) call for any discussion on this matter.
d) call for the vote by asking all those in favor to indicate so by saying aye. Those opposed will be asked to indicate so by saying nay.
e) announce the result of the vote.
f) request a motion and second to adjourn
