Event Description: The SWOT Analysis will be a tool for the Program Committee to focus its 2012-2013 strategic planning efforts on. We are interested in learning the committee’s perspective on: Strengths – Advantages, Assets, What do we do well? Weaknesses – Disadvantages, Gaps, Improvements needed Opportunities – Needs to meet, Innovation, Trends, Partnerships Threats – Environment, Legislation, Obstacles, Competition All information that comes out of this planning session will be given to the Chamber’s Strategic Planning Committee to take into consideration when preparing the 2012-2013 Chamber Strategic Plan.
