Event Description: On Sept. 24, Gaudenzia is hosting a rappelling fundraiser to benefit addiction treatment & recovery services in the Greater Harrisburg area. Over the Edge Overcoming Obstacles event is a cool, unique event that gives participants a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rappel down the side of the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey (4650 Lindle Road, Harrisburg), in support of treatment. Rappelling is by advance registration; $1,000 fundraising minimum per participant. This event is being led by Chair Sheila Ross, Co-chair Jim Ross & Gaudenzia’s Over the Edge Overcoming Obstacles Planning Committee. If you’re not rappelling, but you would like to view the event and support the cause, join Gaudenzia at the Sheraton on Sept. 24. Food and music.
