Pennsylvania Act 32 of 2008 ("Act 32") consolidates the collection of local income taxes and imposes several new withholding requirements on Pennsylvania employers.
In order to prepare for these changes that will affect every business, the Chamber is holding a free seminar on Act 32, presented by Susan Pinto, Executive Director of the West Shore Tax Bureau. Topics to be discussed include: mandated local tax deductions for all employees; tax collections; standardized online reporting; and new tax forms. Seating is limited to 20 attendees for this educational seminar. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
