Event Description:
Charles Zogby, Pennsylvania Budget Secretary, will enlighten participants with his presentation on the state budget. Mr. Zogby is responsible for the preparation of the Governor’s budget and for its implementation after legislative enactment. He is also in charge of maintaining the Commonwealth’s accounting, payroll, debt insurance and financial reporting systems and programs. The cost to attend is $15/member and $30/non-member.
