Event Description: The West Shore Chamber and sponsor Susquehanna Bank are pleased to bring Mr. Bernard A. Francis, Jr. to our area for the Economic Forecast Luncheon. 

Mr. Francis serves as Senior Vice President and Group Executive of Wealth Managment, an $8 billion Wealth Management umbrella owned by Susquehanna Bancshares. He is President and Cheif Executive Officer of Valley Forge Asset Management Corp., and also holds the position of Chairman of the Board for both Stratton Managament Company and Semper Trust Company. Mr. Francis is a Director of the Stratton Mutual Funds, and serves as Cheif Investment Officer of Susquehanna Trust & Investment Company, a subsidary of Susquehanna Bancshares Inc., a multi-state financial service holding company.
