Event Description: The Education Committee promotes the business viewpoint within area school districts by supporting free enterprise concepts while addressing issues related to workforce development, technical trades and higher education. The goal is to provide students with information related to the skill sets required in the current work environment and direction on how to acquire those skills. The committee supports the Regional Employability Certificate as well as oversees the Junior Leadership Central PA program of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
