Event Description: Baby boomers, seniors, their families and caregivers will find timely information for living a happy, healthy and productive life at the 14th annual Cumberland County 50plus EXPO on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Carlisle Expo Center, 100 K St., Carlisle. Presented by OLP Events and Cumberland County Aging & Community Services, the Cumberland County 50plus EXPO is a free event that features more than 90 exhibitors displaying products and services in the areas of travel, housing, medical services, nutrition, home improvements, finances, healthcare options and more. Join us for the opening ceremony at 8:45 a.m., which includes the presentation of the 2013 Cumberland County Outstanding Senior Award. Attendees can take advantage of free health screenings, seminars, door prizes, and entertainment—all free.
