Event Description: More and more government agendies are using social media to advise the public of important information and to keep in touch with their constituencies. However, Right-to-Know and First Amendment issues have created potential areas of liability for those agencies using social media. Craig Staudenmaier and Joshua Bonn of Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall, LLP will share best practices during this 2 hour training. Registration is at 8:00 AM. Workshop is from 8:30 to 10:30 AM. Light refreshments provided.
