    We expand to the West Coast and the Gulf Coast region, through the acquisitions of  Thrifty PayLess Holdings, Inc., Harco, Inc., & K & B Inc., adding over 1,000 stores to the company

    We expand our portfolio with our acquisition of EnvisionRx (now Elixir) a full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company

    Rite Aid acquires Bartell Drugs, expanding our presence across Washington state by 67 stores. The historic family-owned brand continues to operate under it’s name

    Rite Aid begins administering the life-saving global COVID-19 vaccines at all locations

    Rite Aid relocates its headquarters from Camp Hill to Philadelphia’s Navy Yard district. The new Rite Aid Collaboration Center welcomes our remote workforce and all associates for meetings and collaboration.
